My Dream Week of Healthyish Lunches
What would happen if Adam Rapoport had a private chef at work?
In a perfect world, I’d have a private chef. But only during the workweek from, like, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. That way, each day, I could sit down to a freshly made, healthy lunch, one that would power me through an afternoon of meetings and brainstorming sessions. And then? Well, then I could go home feeling good about myself, and I’d mix myself a cocktail and grill up something much more on the ish spectrum for dinner. That’s what I call balance. So, about those lunches. Here are the dishes I’d ask my very own private chef to cook up for me, Monday through Friday, starting with, of course, pasta.
